You do not need a local one. Virtual staging is photo editing: you email a file, we email it back staged. Where the property is has no effect on the price or the turnaround.
What "near me" actually buys you
There is one real reason to want a local provider: someone who knows what your MLS expects and what sells in your market. That is worth having. A street address in your city is not.
What matters is whether the files clear your MLS resolution minimum, whether the disclosure wording your board requires is on the listing, and whether the photos arrive before your deadline.

Staging is the same everywhere. Disclosure is not. Check the wording your own MLS or board requires before the listing goes live, because that obligation sits with you.
