It started with one realtor in Dallas.
InstaHome exists because staging a vacant listing cost my mother more than photographing it did. So we built the version she needed, and priced it the way she needed it priced.

Why this exists
My mother sells real estate in Dallas. A few years ago she showed me what it would cost to stage the photographs of one vacant listing, and the number was high enough that it changed how she priced the whole job. Staging a handful of rooms cost more than the photography had.
That did not sit right. The work is photo editing. It is skilled, it takes time, and it is worth paying for. But it is not worth what the industry was charging an agent who lists a few homes a month and pays for everything out of her own commission.
So we built the version she actually needed. A flat price per photo, published on the site so nobody has to fill in a quote form to find out what something costs. Seventy-two hours as standard. No subscription, no minimum, nothing to cancel.
The quality has to hold up next to the studios charging four times as much, because otherwise the whole idea falls apart. An agent should not have to choose between a listing that looks good and a budget that makes sense.
We have been doing this since 2024. More than 4,500 images so far.

How we work
You send a photo, pick the room type and the style, and we email you download links inside 72 hours. There is no account to maintain, no minimum, no onboarding call and no contract.
When several photos of one room arrive on the same order, they are staged as one room. The sofa in the wide shot is the sofa in the corner shot. That is the part we care most about getting right, because it is the part that tells a buyer whether they are looking at a home or at a render.
What we will not do
We do not offer revisions. Every photo is staged once, and that single pass is what holds the price at $7 instead of $25. We say so on the product page, on the pricing page and at checkout, because finding it out afterwards would be worse.
We do not remove or add structural features, we do not turn what is outside the window into a different view, and we do not stage a room in a way that misrepresents its size. Those are the alterations that get agents into trouble with their board.
Where we work, and what that means.
Based in Dallas, working everywhere
We are based in Dallas, Texas, where the first listing we ever staged was. Most of our work is for US listing agents and the photographers who shoot for them, and we also stage for agents in Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Photo editing does not care where the property is, so neither do we.
No office to visit
Everything happens through the site and by email. There is no showroom and no phone queue. If you want to talk to us before you order, the contact form reaches a person.
Send us one photo and see.
One photo is a valid order. $7, back within 72 hours.
