Traditional physical staging of a vacant three-bedroom home runs into the thousands of dollars per month. Most virtual staging firms charge between $16 and $75 a photo and ask you to request a quote first.
Pricing questions
Before you order.
Is $7 really the whole price?
Yes, for virtual staging. The only thing that can increase it is turnaround speed: $4 a photo for 24 hours. There is no setup fee, no per-listing fee, no revision fee and no subscription.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One photo is a valid order. Most agents send between four and twelve photos per listing.
What happens if I do not like the result?
There are no revisions, and the price is final once an order is placed. That is the trade we make to hold the price at $7. Read the refund and revision policy before you order so there are no surprises.
Do you charge more for a large or unusual room?
No. A studio and a double-height great room are both $7. Every room type on the order form costs the same, and so does every design style.
What is the difference between decluttering and decluttering plus staging?
Decluttering on its own ($5) takes the existing furniture and clutter out and leaves the room clean and empty. Decluttering plus staging ($12) does that and then furnishes the empty room in the style you picked.
