Virtual staging
$7 per photo
An empty room, furnished. We place sofas, beds, dining sets, rugs, art, lamps and plants into your photo, matched to the style you pick and lit to sit inside the light your photographer already captured.
Order several photos of one room together and the furniture stays the same from angle to angle. Kitchens and bathrooms are built-in rooms, so they are served in a Modern-Transitional style rather than one you pick: counter props, towels, plants and soft furnishings.
Decluttering and furniture removal
$5 per photo
Sometimes a room does not need furniture. It needs the furniture gone. We take out the existing pieces, the clutter on the surfaces and the personal items on the walls, then rebuild the floor, the benchtop and the wall behind them so the room reads as clean and empty.
This is the cheapest service we sell and the right one for an occupied listing where the seller’s own things are the problem. Nothing is added back.
Day to dusk
$5 per photo
The cheapest change you can make to a listing’s hero image. We replace the sky, warm the grade and switch on the interior and landscape lighting so the building reads as lived in rather than photographed at noon.
It works best on exteriors with visible windows, a pool, or landscape lighting to turn on.
Decluttering plus staging
$12 per photo
Both jobs on one photo. We strip the room back to empty, then stage it in the style you picked, as though it had been photographed vacant in the first place.
Use this when the listing is still lived in and moving the furniture out before the shoot was never realistic. One order, one price, one file back.
Accessible staging is a room type, not an extra.
On the order form, Accessible / Reduced Mobility sits in the same Select Room Type list as Bedroom and Living Room. Pick it and the room comes back staged around mobility: an adjustable bed, a ceiling hoist, grab rails, and furniture spaced so a wheelchair or a walking frame can actually get through.
It costs the same $7 as any other room. Agents listing single-level homes, retirement units and care accommodation need buyers to see that the room works for them, and a standard staged bedroom does not answer that question.
