What you do not get
Revisions. Every photo is staged once, and that single pass is the whole reason the price starts with a seven. Restaging the same photo in another style is a new order at the same flat rate.

How much does virtual staging cost?
Virtual staging is $7 per photo, flat, for every room type and every design style. Decluttering or furniture removal on its own is $5. Day to dusk is $5. Decluttering plus staging together is $12. There is no subscription, no minimum order and no per-listing fee. A faster turnaround is the only add-on: $4 a photo for 24 hours.
How fast will I get the staged photos?
Standard turnaround is 72 hours and it is included in the price. If your photos are due sooner, add 24-hour turnaround for $4 a photo at checkout. You will get an email with download links for the finished files.
Do you offer revisions?
No. Every photo is staged once, and that is exactly why it costs $7 instead of $25. Choose your room type and design style carefully on the order form.
Can you keep the furniture consistent across several photos of the same room?
Yes, and it is the main reason agents move to us from automated tools. Order the photos of one room together and the same sofa, rug and artwork appear from every angle.
What do I need to send you?
One high-resolution photo per room, shot with the room empty and the lights on. For each photo you pick the room type and the design style.
Which design styles can I choose?
Modern, Coastal, Transitional and Luxury. You choose per photo on the order form, and the price is the same whichever you pick.
Do I have to disclose that a listing photo is virtually staged?
Yes. Most MLSs and state real estate commissions require it. The usual practice is a caption on the image and a line in the listing remarks.
Do you stage kitchens and bathrooms?
Yes. They are built-in rooms, so there is very little loose furniture to place. Kitchens and bathrooms are served in a Modern-Transitional style rather than one you pick: counter props, towels, plants and soft furnishings that sit well either way.
