Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between instahomevirtualstaging.com (“we” or “us”) and the client (“you”). By using our virtual staging services, you agree to the following terms:

General Working Agreement

We strive to deliver top-quality virtual staging services based on the images, specifications, and information provided by you. If further details or modifications arise that were not initially provided, additional charges may apply.

Service Scope

You are hiring us to create or manipulate digital images (referred to as “content”) for virtual staging. Our services include, but are not limited to, the design and placement of virtual furniture, decor, or enhancements in the images you provide.

Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide clear instructions and all necessary information (e.g., photos, design preferences) at the start of the project. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
Our Responsibilities: We will deliver the services to the best of our ability, based on the initial information provided. If changes are requested that were not included in the original scope, extra fees may apply.

Pricing and Payment

All services are billed on a per-photo basis, as outlined on our pricing page. Fees for optional services (e.g., furniture removal, expedited delivery) will be added to the total cost.
Payments must be completed before the final delivery of staged images.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery times for virtual staging range from 48 to 72 hours. Expedited services (e.g., 24-hour or 12-hour expedite delivery) are available at an additional cost.

No Revisions Policy

Due to the affordable prices we offer, we do not provide revisions. All final staged images are delivered in the design styles chosen at the time of the order. If you wish to explore new designs, a new order will need to be placed.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

You guarantee that the images and materials you provide for staging are either owned by you or that you have obtained the necessary permissions.
Upon payment, you retain full ownership of the final staged images. However, we reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

We cannot guarantee that the staged content will not be viewed as misleading or false by third parties. You agree that we are not liable for any damages, including lost profits or consequential losses, resulting from how the staged images are used.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once the service has been initiated. In the event that we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a refund for any payments made.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in accordance with these laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
